The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home with its attractive imposing Georgian architecture and delightful, welcoming gardens helps all residents and visitors alike to feel relaxed and at home. We provide caring professional residential nursing care. Registered Nurses are on duty to care for our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for people with a range of care needs including round-the-clock assistance. The home’s principle activity is to provide long term care, but we can also provide care during a time of recovery and recuperation or give other carers a break after period of respite. We also provide highly trained end of life care for the elderly.

We have over 30 years of experience in providing quality, responsive Residential Nursing Care. Many of our residents who have complex nursing needs also have mild dementia commonly associated with old age.
Fees for Quality 24/7 Nursing Care
As a privately owned home our aim is to provide the best nursing care possible in a friendly home environment. We have Good Overall CGC ratings and our fees are competitive, especially when compared with the large corporately owned homes. Our latest inspection April 2019, gave us a "Good Overall" rating and we were informed we are on our way to achieving "Outstanding" in some areas.

Mealtimes are also an important part of the day for residents and the home's talented cooks provide tasty, nutritious meals throughout the day. The nursing home also has an in-house hairdressing salon, while all rooms are equipped with TVs with access to digital channels and all rooms have fully adjustable electrically operated nursing beds. Professionals provide the highest standards of 24-hour Nursing Care.
The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home has been awarded an overall 'Good' rating in their recent CQC inspection (April 2019) as well as a GOLD standard for infection control in October 2023.
The Home had a visit from the Quality Assurance Team from Warwickshire County Council on the 11th of December 2025. The purpose of this visit is to review the quality of care provided by Leamington Spa Nursing Home, for assurance that the service provided to residents is safe and effective.
The Team’s review was guided by; talking to the home manager, deputy manager, care manager, staff, visiting professionals and the residents; a tour of the home; viewing individual care plans of residents, the training matrix, staff personal files and health and safety records and discussing any safeguarding concerns, recent complaints and serious incidents. Following the Team’s visit, Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home passed with flying colours with no service improvement plan issued from their visit.
We Serve You
The community of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and surrounding areas being located on an easily accessible main route through the Spa town. We provide a welcoming, friendly environment in which we encourage independence and activity as is possible whilst always maintaining the privacy and dignity of residents throughout, providing support as needed for every individual we care for.
We are very close to the Spa town centre so for those that wish, resident or visitor, to have a short or longer trip into the town it is a stimulating outing. With its shops, services, caffes and restaurants it is always a lovely way to spend part of any day to recharge and refresh. We ask and arrange trips out for residents that wish to go or venture further afield, accompanied by our carefully selected and able staff.

We do encourage our residents and their relatives to participate in the life of the home, keeping ‘house rules’ to a minimum, responding to needs and preferences with kindness and flexibility.
Our purpose is to be responsive and caring in all that we do and provide, from the small simple things to the larger matters as they arise. We are here to help you and make you all feel more comfortable and assured, relaxed.
